Refund policy
At Cevsun Hub, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are happy to provide a replacement under the conditions mentioned below.
1. Replacement Eligibility
A replacement request will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged during delivery
- Wrong product delivered
- Product received is defective or not working properly
- Missing items in the package
To be eligible for replacement:
- The item must be unused and in original packaging
- Customer must provide clear photos/videos of the issue
- An unboxing video is mandatory for damaged, missing, or wrong item claims
- Request must be raised within the specified replacement timeframe
2. Replacement Timeframe
- Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 24-48 Hours of delivery.
- Replacement confirmation will be provided within 1-2 Business Days after verification.
- Replacement processing may take approximately 5-7 Business Days after approval.
Replacement requests sent after the allowed timeframe may not be accepted.
3. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item Handling
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

o Order ID
o Product images
o Clear issue description
o Complete unboxing video showing the package opening and product condition
Once verified by our support team, we will arrange a replacement for the eligible item.
Please note:
- Claims without an unboxing video may not qualify for replacement.
- The unboxing video should be clear, continuous, and unedited.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Replaceable Items
Due to hygiene and personal care safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following products:
- Used beauty and personal care products
- Opened skincare or wellness products
- Nail art accessories after use
- Makeup brushes after use
- Detox foot patches after opening
- Knee relief patches after opening
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers
5. No Return Policy
We currently do not offer returns or refunds once the order is delivered successfully.
Only replacement requests for eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect products will be considered as per this policy.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- If the replacement request is approved due to our error (wrong/damaged/defective item), replacement shipping charges will be borne by us.
- In some cases, customers may be requested to self-ship the item. Reasonable shipping charges may be reimbursed after verification.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable for successfully delivered orders.
